Some service(s) in our US Central Region that will be undergoing maintenance to provide network upgrades. These will be taking place on November 21st and 22nd (2015) and will both begin at 1:00AM (EST) with the maintenance window extending to 7:00AM (EST) each day. Please note, we will be moving traffic from the network connection this work is being performed on and this will be executed in a manner that takes advantage of our network’s redundancy/resiliency in order to ensure minimal impact on your services. No further action is required on your part.
During this maintenance window, you will witness periods of increased latency along with short periods of anticipated packet loss. Following its completion, your service should have improved redundancy and capacity. If you experience any issues extending beyond those outlined above, please let us know.
